You're getting a 6.77-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate on the Honor X7d, which is the same as its predecessor. The resolution is still 720p+, too, although it should be fine for basic usage. The phone comes in four colours: Desert Gold, Ocean Cyan, Meteor Silver, and Velvet Black.
Durability focus
One of the biggest upgrades on the X7d is its enhanced durability since Honor says this guy can survive 2-meter drops! It has even received a 5-star SGS drop and crush resistance certification. The Honor X7d also bumps to IP65 certification, so it's protected from dust and water splashes.
All things considered, Honor seems to be positioning this as a phone for people who value robustness and durability above all else.
Performance and Memory
At its core is the Snapdragon 685 (6nm), which is honestly a nearly three-year-old processor. Obviously, it's not that great of a chip, as I know this for a fact because I was once using Redmi Note 12 4G a couple of years back. And compared to other phones in its price range, the X7d is severely under powered.
The only good news here is that Honor has been pretty generous in terms of memory configuration. Since it comes with 8GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. The X7d runs on Android 15-based MagicOS 9, while Honor hasn't committed to any number of software updates for this phone.
